Lance is no stranger to working in competitive, high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Whether it is public affairs, media relations, fundraising or political operations, clients working with Lance are partnered with an experienced professional who knows how to assemble teams and lead them toward a common goal.
Lance knows how to build coalitions, frame an issue, and tell a story the media want to cover. Since 2000, Lance has developed strong relationships with policy makers, industry leaders, coalition groups, and members of the media, particularly in northeastern and central Pennsylvania. He has worked as a general consultant, campaign manager, political director, and fundraiser on numerous political campaigns at every level of government. That experience earned him the chairmanship of the Republican Party of Lackawanna County, a role he served in for twelve years and the chairmanship of the Northeast Caucus of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania, where he continues to serve today.
A strong believer in giving back to the community, Lance has served on the City of Scranton’s Zoning Hearing Board and leadership positions for various non-profit organizations. He is a graduate of Wilkes University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. His areas of concentration within the firm are energy, taxation, regulation, coalition building, political organization, and media relations. Lance resides with his wife, Jessica, and three sons in Madison Township, Lackawanna County.
