Our go-to, get-it-done gal Agnes O’Toole is a high-energy political player who is instantly recognizable in Pennsylvania’s southeastern circles. When she joined NSA in 2014, there was no doubt that her long and distinguished career in local and state government service would translate into expertly navigating clients through the relationships they need and strategies they must execute to achieve their goals.
Agnes’s political roots run deep, particularly in Delaware and Chester Counties. Agnes served on the Sharon Hill Borough Council, where she was born, raised, and bought her first home. She was also secretary of Delaware County Women’s Commission for 3 years. Her ability to appeal across the political aisle was evident when she was elected mayor of her hometown of Sharon Hill, Delaware County where she served for two terms before relocating to Chester County. Prior to joining NSA, Agnes served as the Assistant Director of the Department of Voter Services Chester County and served five years on the Pennsylvania Republican State Committee. In 2014 she was appointed a member-at-large on the Chester County Republican Executive Committee, which she continues to serve on today.
Agnes’ southeastern roots only grew deeper when she worked as a district office manager for former State Representative Art Hershey and as a legislative assistant for former State Representative Ron Raymond.
When she isn’t working, which isn’t often, Agnes volunteers her time on several boards and commissions in her hometown of New Garden, PA and works to create beauty around her. Agnes’ family is her constant centerpiece, but she also loves decorating her home, redecorating and decorating again with good taste and the good sense of a “Bargain Betty.”
