All politics is local, and Keith’s network is as local as it gets. As a leader of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSAT) since 1980, Keith represented 1,456 townships and served more than 10,000 public officials and 5.4 million residents. He retired as executive director, but he has maintained his connections at the most local levels, leading Governor Tom Corbett to appoint him co-chair of the administration’s Local Government Transition Team. Prior to working with PSATS, Keith served as executive assistant to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Community Affairs where he served four cabinet secretaries and two governors so he has long-standing relationships throughout state government. Keith served as past president and board member for the National Association of Towns and Townships and is now a Senior Consultant for us. He is an avid outdoorsman.
